I love the app for now. I'll come back in 2 weeks to edit and add. I gave 5 stars before, but I have received about three deposits, and i get the transaction history, but it says "too long to trace," and then my balance doesn't increase. There's no support team to contact. The bot doesn't work. So I'll take out two stars until I find a solution to my issue. (Edit)

MUST READ! MUST READ!! MUST READ!!! I sent Notcoin to my Bybit wallet, a significant issue arose. I copied the wallet address directly from my Bybit app and pasted it into Tonkeeper, including the necessary memo. Everything seemed correct, and I proceeded with the transaction. To my dismay, after sending, I discovered that Tonkeeper had automatically changed the wallet address to theirs. This manipulation of the address is highly concerning and, frankly, unacceptable.

Tonkeeper wallet is not user friendly. Why is it difficult to install Wallets in it ? Is Notcoin there? NO. To be honest there's more hype to Tonkeeper than it actually is. One doesn't need to go back to school just to learn how to use it. It grossly lacks "follow through " icons.

It's very fast app for trading in my country amd also it do all transactions in like a second, but I think it can do better by getting the fee of all transactions from that coin that we swapping or sending not just toncoin because whenever I don't have any ton coin I have to by atleast on ton for just one transaction But beside that one issue I mentioned up here , it is good app

This app is the worst thing ever, don't download it, use telegram instead, You need gas fee for EVERYTHING, even if you want to swap usdt to ton (to use as gas fee for another transaction), if they can, they'll charge gas fee for breathing while on the app. No customer support, I see they keep replying reviews and adding support_bot under the reply, but the telegram support bot doesn't work, there's no way them. Once I'm able to get all my coins out of this terrible app, I WILL DELETE IT.

You get scam notifications in app. Still can't imagine how this app lets anyone send notifications. The problem is you may think that if notification displayed in this app it has passed scam checks or whatever and it's official but no. You can get any notification offer links and by following it you lose everything. Don't trust notifications , triple check before doing anything. Paradox: you have app where you manage your ton and you can't trust that app

I'd give 5 stars, buuut.. I've been trying for over a week to buy TON to be able to transfer my NOT. Every method they have for me to pay does not allow me to purchase. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if someone could actually help me with this, but it hasn't happened yet. Oh I forgot , it wouldn't let me connect my wallet to the @mywallet in Telegram.

This application has a major weakness, through which scamers steal all the money in the wallet, and that weakness is that the application does not ask for the confirmation amount when confirming the transaction, my experience: of the mining scam project called "Minerals" has enabled receiving mined coins and when I clicked on it, it asked to connect to the wallet, and when I confirmed the full amount of the wallet was withdrawn, I had to raise the issue here to avoid others being trapped

I do not understand why my connected apps are no longer showing on my Tonkeeper despite recovering my lost tonkeeper with the Help of my secret phrase......I reconnected my hamster but it still not showing,then I got a notification that I am unable to subscribe to notification,why is that? I transferred 19.8 ton to my bit. I waited to receive but didn't, I went to check my tonkeeper and realized the recipient wallet changed. I cried that I had lost my money to scam coupled with the reviews I read here. Few minutes later, I received my Ton in my wallet. Reason I gave 4 stars is because I bought 20 ton. The next day it reduced to 19.8 ton, I sent support a message to ask why, but no response till now. If I eventually get a response, I will come update it. This was why I withdrew it

If you are about to download this app i highly recommended you read this, recently i wanted to transfer my coins to binance but when i have already sent the coin i saw the Address was changed and the address belongs to them as i realized it was the exact address that sent me toncoin when i recharged in the app. I tried to contact their support in any way possible but it doesn't seem like they'll ever respond. This is obviously not what you expect. Let's see.

I had a token sent to my wallet that hasn't been listed yet which kept showing UNVERIFIED TOKEN, I was told that after listing it, it will no longer show that. It been 3 days since it has been listed but yet still showing UNVERIFIED TOKEN, I can't even swap or do anything with it.

I noticed my original wallet address has been tampered with without my knowing. Every app I connected is showing except fir Hamster kombat. Why is this so, please? Because, to be honest, I'm almost going to uninstall the app. So kindly look into this issue.

All my $not token I intended in transferring to another wallet was used in recharging battery fee, and I messaged them to help me reverse it so i can pay the minimum battery recharge and send continuewith my transaction, but nothing has been done till now. But the problem am having now is, I connect my hamster Kombat account, and recently, I had an accident, and my pass phase got burnt, I tried to recover my tonkeeper wallet but my effort returns no results. I need help on how to disconnect the lost account from my hamster Kombat account through the trading bot, else I will lost everything please 🙏🙏🙏

I downloaded this app to store my notcoin and ton following the recommendation from telegram, little did i know how much of a fraudulent app it is.... Tried my first transaction by transferring 0.07$ worth of ton to my trust wallet and upon completion of the transaction i noticed an automated change of the intended wallet address,hence my ton never arrived... That's scam of the highest order and i think summoning the fbi wouldn't be bad😔
